Men and women aged 18 to 55. We are looking for non-smoking male and surgically sterile or post-menopausal females aged 18 - 55 with a BMI between 18.5 and 28.5.

We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and you will need to attend all visits to the Leeds clinic . Covance is centrally located in the middle of England and is easily accessible by road and public transport
Duration
Length of Stay: 1 x 7 night stay
Dates: Check-in: Thursday 21 June
Check-out: Thursday 28 June
Outpatient date: Tuesday 3 July
We also running earlier groups A, B and C.

Duration
5 night stay with one outpatient visit.
Dates: Check-in: Wednesday 7 March
Check-out: Monday 12 March
Post Study Visit still to be confirmed. If you are interested in this study but cant make these dates we are also running a later group D.

Inclusion Criteria
Women aged 45 to 65. We are looking for surgically sterile or post menopausal female volunteers who smoke up to 5 cigarettes per day and with a BMI between 18 - 30.

Length of Stay: 1 x 10 night stay
